Happiness is an attribute of love. Nothing is more important than personal happiness for a better health, for as long as we hold a grain of envy, hate, unkindness, fear or resentment in our soul, we block personal wellness and the flow of good energy and divine love.

The Mind: This third aspect of wellness, works together with the physical and spiritual/emotional you. What happens to one aspect can affect all the other aspects. The relationship between all these aspects of wellness are often referred to as the mind/body connection, because the mind and the body always 'travel together'.
  • how to communicate with 'the mind'
