During the month of March, World Elder Brain Awareness Week
events are taking place at a community based level,
around the world, to increase public awareness and participation
about how to maintain, stimulate and better our brains and overall wellness. We can co-create a influence a better health in our lives and communities by aligning with and nurturing wellness.

Health Promotion and Civic Engagement Wellness Programs

WEL, World Elder Land Proclamation "World Elder Brain Awareness Week" (click here for a printable version) The Office of The Mayor of the City of Spokane will present a proclamation to us on Monday, March 5th at 4:15 p.m. (photos coming soon!) The County Commissioners will present a proclamation to us on Tuesday, March 6th at 2:00 p.m. (photos coming soon!)
Art Show "The Brain In Bloom" emphasizing meaningful aging, social integration and creativity. Opening Ceremony Saturday, March 10th 9:30 a.m to 12:00 noon Free admission.
