1. Priest River, Idaho - Octogenarians won a 5K run: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place in their age group. Bravo!!! KJW received 1st place in her age group.

Japanese elder Mr. Naidoo, Goju Karate Master, brings martial arts out of shadow. (Goju means hard and soft.)

... we asked our elders winning the run, what is the secreat for a great health? Good family life, good food, do go to others and good sex. Don't just sit around waiting for the undertaker.

3. Spokane, Washington - Meaningful workshop: Part I - Movie: "Anatomy Of An Illness" by Norman Cousins.

Part II: Understanding practical ways, research and evidence-based medicine interventions that have been learned and applied to; influence our whole-person wellness, better health, better immune system and emotional freedom.
